Shipping, Cancellation & Refund policy
Shipping Policy:
After your order has been placed we will ship your products in 4-7 days based on the availability of the product ordered.
Product Delivery Timeline:- Product Delivery time is 7-11 Days in the whole of India.
RETURN POLICY:
At Lighting Emporio, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, we do not accept any returns unless you receive a damaged/broken product.
In case of a damaged/broken product or missing pieces, kindly email us with your Order ID and supporting images to sales@lightiningemporio.com within 24 hours of you receiving the product.
Once we receive your email request, we will send you a replacement for the damaged part/s or replace missing parts, at no cost to you.
In case we determine, at our sole discretion, that the entire product needs to be replaced, we will replace your product with a new one, at no cost to you.
In the case of non-availability of the specific product ordered by you for replacement, your refund for the product will be initiated once we receive & verify the damaged piece. Refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days.
Return of the damaged product will only be accepted in the original packing, along with the invoice and the product should be in mint condition (as originally received by you).
EXCHANGE POLICY:
We have a strict no exchange policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
An order cannot be canceled once confirmed. However, you can modify the order for products of the same or higher value within 24 hours, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
