Please retain the Invoice cum Delivery Note for all future reference & communication.

Please check the goods before receipt/delivery.

Delivery timelines will be subject to inter alia product availability, logistics and/or government regulations.

Delivery will be made to the address specified on the order by the customer, risk on the goods passes to the customer once delivered.

The products are covered under a technical warranty for any manufacturing defect for one year from the date of the invoice.

It is clarified that electrical items like tubes, bulbs, chokes, drivers and remotes damages due to power fluctuation will not be covered under warranty.

We exercise care when setting out product information, descriptions, and images online. However, we do not warrant that the product description or other content on our website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Therefore, we shall not be held responsible for any mistakes/omissions. If a product is materially different from its description on our website, your sole remedy is to email us with your Order ID and supporting images to sales@lightingemporio.com within 24 hours of you receiving the product and seek the return of the product (in unused condition, with the original packaging and the invoice).

If any of the parts/parts are broken or damaged after delivery, they would cease to be under warranty.

We will not use your personal data for any marketing purposes other than for purposes directly relating to successful completion of the delivery.

If any dispute arises out of, in relation to, in connection with, or incidental to this transaction, the same shall be resolved exclusively before the courts of Bangalore.

LIABILITY Clause: Any Liability arising due to damages to persons (including death of the person), objects and to the product itself, due to any reason assigned to the product sold would be limited only to the Cost of the Subject Product and NO OTHER CLAIM will be admissible / accepted.
